What ingredients does Humaniti use and why?
Our Acne Spot Remedy uses Niacinamide, alpha-lipoic acid and biotin. For our Moisturizing Cream for Eczema we use grapeseed oil and ceramides.
Our Customized Skin Care product uses some of these key ingredients:
Vitamin C is an ingredient that helps in many areas of skincare regimens because it aids in the fight against aging skin, and the underlying causes of that aging, without the need for injections or surgery. Vitamin C can have the following effects as an ingredient in skin cream:
- Lightens the skin
- Increases collagen production
- Reduces the appearance of wrinkles
- Decreases inflammation
Vitamin E has healing properties that help the skin prevent and reverse damage caused by UV rays. It is especially useful for treating sunburn, UV-induced redness, skin photo-aging that presents itself in the form of wrinkles, and hyper-pigmentation of the skin. It is an oily or greasy substance so may not be ideal for those who have problems with oily skin, but it will help to deal with the effects the sun and its harmful rays have on the skin. Vitamin E can prevent skin problems caused by UV exposure as follows:

Green tea can be beneficial for preventing skin damage and cancer from ultraviolet (UV) radiation due to the antioxidant effects of the polyphenols it contains. How do I know the ingredients work and are safe?
We use only clinically proven, naturally occurring ingredients that work. We don’t use “exotic” ingredients that don’t have clinical data that shows its effectiveness.

We also offer Pharmacy/Medication consultation. Our founder is a pharmacist and a strong believer in trying a natural approach first. We can advise you through a step-by-step program to resolve your issues. We believe that the best way is to use an integrative approach of natural remedies along with conventional treatment.
How do I get a consultation if I don’t live in town?
We offer phone consultations or online face-to-face meetings with our specialists. Please provide a picture of yourself so we can assess existing skin conditions prior to our meeting; you can submit via email. After our consultation, we will mail the creams directly to your door.
What is customized skincare?
A lot of time, people tell us, “Oh yeah, I get customized skincare too. My esthetician picks out the perfect products that she thinks I need so it’s customized to my skin needs.” However, for us, customized skincare means that we combine ALL the ingredients we think you need and put them in ONE bottle. We don’t mass produce our customized anti-aging creams. We make them one at a time, blending different ingredients that we think are best for your skin.
Do you make your own products?
Yes! We make everything we sell right here in our lab in Hayward, CA. We follow strict procedures to make sure that our products are of high and consistent quality.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes. The only thing we don’t have samples for is our customized anti-aging cream because it’s specially made for one person at a time.
Are the products fragrance free?
Yes. Our products are fragrance free. However, we can add certain fragrances (e.g., lavender) if requested.
